Rules for Dudmaston
The close season is still in force on these waters from March 15th to June 15th inclusive.
The club does not allow day tickets on this water due to the conditions of our lease with the National Trust. However, club members are permitted to take a guest upon purchase of a guest ticket, which must be purchased in advance from the Secretary or Treasurer of the club. The guest must fish the same pool as the member. The waters are regularly patrolled by a bailiff to prevent poaching and the bailiff does not issue guest tickets. Fishing is always available on this water as they are not used for matches except for one club match run on the Big Pool each season. Guest tickets are £8 per day.
Walking or fishing across the lawns in front of the house is strictly forbidden.
Fishing is from dawn until dusk only, except on organised club events.
Cars to be parked only in the car park as marked in the map. Please do not park cars for any reason in the Brim Pool gate.
No fishing from the islands on the Big Pool.
It is dangerous to walk along the road to the Brim Pool as there is very little room for pedestrians. It is strongly recommended that you follow the foresty footpaths as shown on the map.
No fires.
No litter.
No radios.
Dogs must be kept under control at all times. |
